Relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful apartment next to a beautiful park. Positive: Beautiful place , really comfy and well equipped, in a great location - lovely walk through Hagley Park into the City Centre. Very clear and friendly instructions from the host. Couldn't have asked for more. Negative: Absolutely nothing!

Such a lovely, clean place to land for a week in NZ. It was a perfect base for us to see the area. Positive: Quiet location, easy parking. Close to nice park and walkable to town Negative: Some noise from the road but hardly a complaint.

Comfortable 2 bedroom unit in a great location. Negative: Great location with well equipped

Good value. Positive: Great location. Walking to Hadley park and botanic garden. A 24x7 convenience store and a few restaurants across the street. Negative: As a 2 bedroom property, the dinning chairs should be at least 4 instead of 2. It will also be nice if the sofas can sit 4. The first floor has obviously higher temperature than the ground floor, which makes me worry about the summer, and there’s no air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms.
