Personal stay better than any hotel Positive: Modern and comfortable

Very good stay. Positive: Modern, clean and comfortable. Great location with heaps of restaurants close by and a 20 minute walk through Hagley Park to the city. Onsite parking is a bonus as well. Negative: No downstairs toilet and the bedrooms are upstairs also. Not sure if the place would be suitable for elderly people because of this.
